About Me
Scottish born and bred, Fife,
artist Karen M Denwette. I live in a beautifully picturesque coastal village called West Wemyss, with my best friend and companion Kori Boy the cocker spaniel.
Art has been a life long hobby for me and something I have developed over the past ten years or so, initially as a form of personal therapy, having had to give up a career due to chronic health problems.
Along with the art I have been an active and keen volunteer with a number of local organisations, where I could use my art to benefit others.
I have had solo exhibitions for the past 5-7 years (this being 2019), one of which was in France. My most recent exhibition is at the Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy, Fife and proceeds from sales will be going to local charities.
